Main Line reBUILD is incredibly excited about the opportunity to renovate and convert the Ardmore Baptist Church to a total of five residential condominium units. This Fall we will begin the public process regarding the utilization of the Conversion Ordinance adopted by Lower Merion Township in 2013. Based on our team’s experience with a similar project located in Narberth and our background with renovating significant properties on the Main Line over the past thirty plus years, we see The Arbors at Athens as a tremendous opportunity to show off our talents.
